End to End Monitoring Evaluation and Learning approach created and used by The Change Collective

Once you have done your Assessment and set up your Model of Change it is time to get down to business. The following film shows the approach developed and taken by The Change Collective outlines the general process we take. It has been developed over many years of work and is also an approach Stuart uses in his work with Grow at Oxfam Australia. However, it should be noted that this process can be adopted and changed depending on your needs.

Participatory and field driven film reporting

The Change Collective works also in promoting and educating people about how to use simple methods such as mobile phones to make their own films. Stuart is a self taught film maker and has made a number of films during his monitoring visits when working for World Vision International. As an example of this check out a film he made (filmed and edited) whilst in India. This film was picked up by ABC in the US as well as used a number of times by World Vision in their Child Health Now campaign.
