Strategy and Design - Creating a Model of Change

After doing an Assessment of the issue you are going to work with it is important to set up a good Strategy or Design to work toward achieving the type of change you want to see in the world. In our work at The Change Collective we use a 'Model of Change' approach that has been developed by Stuart over the past 20 years of international development work. It is participatory and reflective and it has been applied in many different context across the globe with huge success.
